Line Follower Robot
Line follower is an autonomous robot which follows either black line in white area or white line in black area. Robot must be able to detect particular line and keep following it.For special situations such as cross overs where robot can have more than one path which can be followed, predefined path must be followed by the robot.
The robot uses sensors such as infrared or reflective sensors to detect the line and adjust its direction of motion accordingly. The robot typically consists of a chassis, which houses the sensors, motors, and sensory circuitry. The sensors are usually mounted on the underside of the chassis and are positioned to detect the line on the ground. The motors are connected to wheels or other propulsion mechanisms, which enable the robot to move along the line. The control circuitry of the robot recieves input from the sensors and uses this information to adjust the speed and direction of the motors. The goal is to keep the robot centered on the line and prevent it from staying off course
Line follower robots are commonly used in industrial settings for tasks such as material handling and inspection. They are also popular in educational and hobbyist contexts, as they provide a fun and engaging way to learn about robotics and programming.Try your hand at bot-building and make your way into the Robotic World! Here's a guide to help you navigate through the process that goes into it.
